How are participants purchased?
You can purchase credits that can be used to recruit participants from the Participant Pool. Payment methods are all of the major credit cards. Credits are stored on your account to use on studies. Purchased credits have no expiration date and there are discounts when purchasing in bulk.
Do I need to subscribe to a paid plan to access the pool?
No, recruiting participants are billed separately and can be used with or without a subscription to a paid plan. You can find out more about our pricing here.
Who are the people in your participant pool?
Joining the participant pool is open to participants from most OECD countries, with the exception of Turkey, Lithuania, Colombia, and Costa Rica. The one exception is South Africa, where joining is currently open to participants. Participants who are from non-OECD countries can still join if they live in an OECD country.
How do you ensure your participants’ quality?
Participants are verified and monitored with quality checks so you can get data fast, without compromising data quality.
How long will it take for me to get the responses?
Most of our customers get results within 2 hours, but this time frame could be extended, depending on the criteria and the participants’ availability. As soon as they have completed your study, their results are visible on your dashboard.
Can I invite my own participants?
Yes! You can invite your own audience to participate by sharing the study’s sharing link. Recruiting your own participants is free and the number of responses you can get depends on your plan. You can find out more about our pricing here.
